A mobile handle (7) is transferred with operating power for rotation of the cutting disk relative to the receiver and the handle and the cutting disk are connected over a gear. The handle is formed as a crank handle and is rotatably supported around a handle axis. The handle axis is arranged perpendicular to the cutting disk axis. The gear is formed as bevel gear and/or screw wheel gear and/or planetary gear. A pressing device presses the cheese on the cutting disk.
