#CMT# #/CMT# The system has a stocking and separating assembly comprising a steep bunker with a broad slide attached to the steep bunker. The broad slide is formed in a hemispherical shape. A linear conveyor is designed as a conveyor belt. An orientation assembly is provided on a horizontally rotating hook roller. The orientation assembly has a supply slide to orientation lines, which exhibit mechanical baffle plates and side supplies for separated shoe buckles. A number of hooks of the hook roller in a horizontal line correspond to a number of the shoe buckles. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# System for providing small parts i.e. shoe buckle, for industrial robot handling. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The design of the system reduces the cost and time pressure for the mass production of the small articles during coating of the shoe buckles, thus ensuring the automatic operation of the supply system to the gripper system of the industrial robot over a longer time period, and fitting large quantities of shoe buckles in retaining devices for powder systems in a trouble-free manner. |
