A roll type composite sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to discharge the heat, and absorb and shield the electromagnetic interference to be applied to a compact electrical and electronic devices and a communication device. A compound on a paste is formed by adding and uniformly distributing the carbon nano tube and the graphite to the resin selected from the group consisting of poly ester resin, polyurethane resin, and the polyacryl resin and epoxy-based resin and the polyhydric alcohol solvent. The compound on the paste is 3-roll milled. The 3-roll milled compound on the paste is casted in a PET release film or a plating material(20) and is hardened, dried, and adhered.
