The present invention relates to an online shopping payment and distribution system and method, which are capable of not only maximizing profits while collectively managing payment, distribution and mediation between the shopping mall, advertising media company and Payment Gateway (PG) of an online shopping market, but also increasing mutual trust through the transparent processing of payment by a third party. The online shopping payment and distribution system includes at least one shopping mall server; at least one advertising media server for posting advertisements on a web site, and connecting a consumer's terminal to the PG; and the PG for connecting the terminal to the shopping mall server, processing payment for transactions performed in the shopping mall server, and transmitting a performance record related to a number of connections between the consumer's terminal and the shopping mall server, or performance of the transactions to the advertising media server.
