<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information access management device which is capable of transferring authority to access data according to a user and a place. <P>SOLUTION: This information access management device 8 includes: a means 31 which outputs the access authority information of a user of a terminal device 1 on the basis of user information received from the terminal device 1; a means 30 which outputs the access environment information of the terminal device 1 on the basis of the position information of the terminal device 1; an authority transfer data storage means 21 wherein information relating to user's authority transfer is stored; a storage means 19 wherein a condition for accessing information which includes access authority information and access environment information and is stored in a data storage means 18 is stored; and an information access control means which compares the access authority information and the access environment information with the condition to determine the access authority of the use of the terminal device 1 and changes the access authority of the user on the basis of authority transfer data in the authority transfer data storage means 21 when the access authority is transferred to the user, and controls access to information in the data storage means 18 following the condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
