<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce calcium tertiary phosphate having a small particle diameter and to provide a calcium phosphate curable composition having excellent reproducibility of consistency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing calcium tertiary phosphate is carried out by allowing a calcium compound to react with phosphoric acid or its salt at a retention temperature of 12 to 15°C to produce calcium tertiary phosphate. The reaction is carried out while the retention temperature is controlled to vary within a range of ±2°C.
