<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and radio communication method which enable a processing load of a wireless receiver to be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: Each of a wireless transmitter and a wireless receiver is equipped with a reference clock which outputs a reference signal, and the timing to output the reference signal is synchronized between the wireless transmitter and the wireless receiver (b and f). In accordance with the timing to output the reference signal, a signal is transmitted from the wireless transmitter at a time t<SB>1</SB>(d).
