PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open/close device which can prevent the end part side of a flexible sheet part in the width direction from extending off a guide rail during closing operation, and which can also prevent the end part side from being caught in the guide rail. SOLUTION: The open/close device is provided with an open/close body 20 and the guide rail 30. The open/close body 20 performs closing operation by being delivered from a storage part 10, and the guide rail 30 engages the end part side of the open/close body 20 in the width direction with a guide groove 31, and guides the end part side in the closing direction. The part of the open/close body 20 on the closing direction side of the open/close device is formed by the flexible sheet part 22. A stick member 22a is fixed on the end part side of the flexible sheet part 22 in the width direction so that the stick member 22a is placed along the front and/or the back of the flexible sheet part 22 and that the stick member 22a is inserted to the guide groove 31.
