PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel construction method which contributes to reduction of a workload in the construction field, and efficiently attains the perpendicularity of wall panels, and to provide a building constructed according to the wall panel construction method. SOLUTION: According to the wall panel construction method, upper frame runners 28 of wall panels 22A, 22B have first and second angles 34, 36 fixed thereto beforehand, respectively, and after erection of the wall panel 22B in the construction field, the wall panel 22A is erected, followed by connecting both the wall panels together by a perpendicularity attaining member 48, to thereby easily erect the wall panels 22A, 22B at right angles.
