PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered coating composition which is capable of forming a coated film being excellent in smoothness, adhesive strength, weather resistance and the resistance to stress rupture. SOLUTION: This powdered coating composition which is capable of forming a coating film being excellent in the resistance to stress rupture and having a small percentage reduction of a tensile rupture nominal strain, excellent smoothness, adhesive strength and weather resistance, and is produced by mixing a linear low density polyethylene resin and a modified polyethylene resin at a specific rate, wherein the linear low density polyethylene resin is a copolymer prepared by copolymerizing ethylene and anα-olefin having a specific range of a carbon number. In particular, the coating composition comprises the linear low density polyethylene resin of 50-90 mass% that is the copolymer obtained by copolymerizing ethylene and theα-olefin having the carbon number of 5-10, and the modified polyethylene resin of 10-50 mass%.
