PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact curl correcting device having a simple structure capable of correcting curls having different directions and curling degrees. SOLUTION: A stationary second curl correcting means is arranged opposite to a first curl correcting means for conveying paper sheets, a nip is formed between the curl correcting means, and the paper sheet is passed through the nip to correct the curl.
