PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emblem sheet which enables an emblem excellent in cubic effect and durability to easily be formed, and also, the emblem having arbitrary colored metallic luster in addition to a white silver color to be formed, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: On one surface of a flexible resin base material sheet (1) as a base coat layer, a metallic luster layer (2) as a displaying layer, and a transparent elastic resin layer (3) as a facing layer overlie are laminated in order.
