A liquid crystal display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to compensate kickback voltage difference by controlling parasitic capacitor, thereby improving display quality. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) comprises a gate electrode, a source electrode, a drain electrode, an activation layer, and an ohmic contact layer. The gate electrode is connected to a gate line. The source electrode and the drain electrode are formed on the gate insulating layer, and are connected to the data line. The activation layer forms a channel between the source electrode, and the drain electrode. The ohmic contact layer is formed on the activation layer, and contacted with the data line, source/drain electrode. The gate and drain electrodes are piled to vary the capacitance of a parasitic capacitor for compensating kickback voltage difference. |
