A method and an apparatus for high rated jewelry recovering is provided to electrolytic recover the noble metal high efficiently about the aqueous solution from low silver concentration of 1ppm to high silver concentration of 500ppm. As the jewelry recovery apparatus through the electrolytic recovering, a respective cathode ray(12), and the anode ray(11) are connected to cathode and anode of the power source, a cathode(15) and anode moiety(14) of the respective one or greater are connected to the cathode ray, and the anode ray. In the lower end surface of the anode moiety and cathode, the compressed air is supplied to the top direction. In order to remove the bubble generated in the anode moiety the compressed air supply part is included, and the vent exhausting the compressed air is formed in the location meeting with the anode moiety.
