A manufacturing method of an enamel kitchen utensil coated with a strong and environment-friendly loess layer is provided to manufacture various kitchen utensil coated with a strong and environment-friendly loess layer not to be taken off or broken by water or shock by forming a loess layer and coating layer on the surface. A manufacturing method of an enamel kitchen utensil coated with a strong and environment-friendly loess layer comprises the steps of settling down various metallic vessels in enamel and drying in a drying furnace of 200‹C, spraying a solution formed by mixing 50% of alumina, 20% of clay and 30% of water on the surface of the metallic vessel applied with enamel, and then annealing in a furnace of 850‹C, thereby forming an alumina cast iron layer to have a strong concave-convex surface, spraying a loess solution of 50% of refined loess, 40% of water and 10% of transparent glaze on the surface where the alumina cast iron layer is formed, thereby forming a loess layer, and spraying transparent glaze on the surface of the loess layer and removing moisture in a drying furnace of 200‹C, and then annealing in a furnace of 780‹C.
