<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform information on a system such as the operation state of a fuel cell power generation system or electric power for use, and to easily set the operation state of the system based on the information. <P>SOLUTION: A power generation mode of a fuel cell, a generated power amount of the fuel cell, power for use in a load, an amount of hot water in a hot water tank, a time, an abnormality of the system, routine inspection in the system are displayed in a display 80 of an operation display panel 70 by using numerical values and picture display showing the change of quantities by a gradual change. The operation state of the present system or the power being for use in the load is informed by such information, and the power generation mode of the fuel cell can be set with reference to the information.
