<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device having improved convenience to a request of image formation from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: A digital multifunction machine 10 is equipped with an operation part 13 for requesting image formation; an image formation part 16 for forming an image corresponding to the request of image formation from the operation part 13 or the outside; a determination means for determining whether the request of image formation is a request from the operation part 13 or a request from the outside; a main power source 23 for starting the operation part 13 and the image formation part 16 into each usable state; and a control means for operating the image formation part 16 regardless of the starting state of the operation part 13, when starting of the image formation part 16 is completed by the main power source 23, and when determined that the request of image formation is a request from the outside by the determination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
