<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method with which sticking of toner to a developing roller even in continuous printing is not caused, and the deterioration of image density can be prevented, by using an image forming apparatus provided with a developing means of a touch down developing system. <P>SOLUTION: The amount of toner on a toner carrier 2 after development is detected by using a detection means 14, collection bias voltage is applied to a two component developer carrier 1 and the toner carrier 2 on the basis of the detected result and then the toner 5 on the toner carrier 2 is collected in the two component developer carrier 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
