<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for parallel sequencing of a multiple number of polynucleotides. <P>SOLUTION: This method for tagging molecules comprises (a) a process of preparing a population of particles and jointing each of the fine particles with only one kind of the polynucleotide; (b) a process of dispersing the population of the fine particles on a plane substrate plate; and (c) a process of identifying the sequences from each of the fine particles concurrently (treatment operation is performed, by using a labeled nucleotide and polymerase or ligase) through a continuous cycle of treatment and detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
