<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrical storage device which is of large capacity and of high voltage, and is excellent in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrical storage device 11 is constituted so that an electrode stack 51 composed by laminating a positive pole 21, a negative pole 31, and a separator 41 is housed in a case 61, and organic electrolyte is injected into the case 61. In the negative pole 31, a negative pole side through hole 36 is formed. In the positive pole 22, in the position corresponding to the negative pole side through hole 36, a positive pole side through hole 26 of which the area is larger than the negative pole side through hole 36 or an electrode nonexistence region 27 is formed.
