<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity of separation of a wire mesh screen for filtering a hydraulic oil and to provide a method of manufacturing an improved gasket for a hydraulic unit. <P>SOLUTION: In the gasket 16 for a hydraulic housing and the method of manufacturing the same, the gasket 16 is made by coating first and second surfaces of a metal body having the first and second surfaces with rubber. An area of a rubber coating is then burned off by a laser 26 and a plurality of holes capable of filtering the hydraulic oil flowing through the gasket 16 are provided in the area by using the laser. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
