<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply facility for a multiple dwelling house adaptable to a multiple dwelling house by eliminating installation of a heat pump device and a hot-water storage tank on a balcony. <P>SOLUTION: This hot-water supply facility for a multiple dwelling house is characterized in that a coolant circuit 10 is composed by connecting a compressor 11, a hot-water-supplying heat exchanger 12, expansion valves 13 and solar energy collectors 14 through coolant piping 15; a hot-water supply circuit 20 is composed by connecting a heat exchanger 21 for hot-water supply, the hot-water-supplying heat exchanger 12, and the hot-water storage tank 22 through water piping 23; the solar energy collector 14 is composed of fins 14b utilizing solar heat and atmospheric heat by natural wind, and heat collection pipes 14a; the facility is provided with a habitable space 1 having a bathroom and a kitchen, and the balcony 4 arranged on a side part of the habitable space 1, and has an air-conditioner 61 for cooling, heating and dehumidifying the habitable space; the solar energy collectors 14 are installed on the balcony 4; and, when the air-conditioner 61 is subjected to a cooling operation or a dehumidifying operation, the solar energy collectors 14 are used as radiators. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
