<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an inverter-device structure in an inverter device having a mechanism for cooling power elements. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter device 10 is provided with first power elements 12, 14, and 16. Collector electrodes 12a, 14a and 16a are formed on one face of each power element. Each of the collector electrodes 12a, 14a and 16a is connected onto the outer wall 50b of a refrigerant passage 50 by each of solders 12b, 14b and 16b. The refrigerant passage 50 is formed of a conductive material. A refrigerant 54 passes through the inside of the refrigerant passage 50. The inner wall 50a of the refrigerant passage 50 is covered with an insulating film 52.
