<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transflective liquid crystal display device capable of improving display quality of a reflection display part without affecting a transmission display part. <P>SOLUTION: The transflective liquid crystal display device comprises: first and second substrates facing each other; a liquid crystal layer sandwiched by the first and the second substrates; and the transmission display part and reflection display part. On the reflection display part of the second substrate, a pixel electrode, a polarization layer and an alignment film for a liquid crystal layer are laminated in this order.
