摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system with high convenience of mutual exchange of data even between onboard machines without compatibility of data to be used.

SOLUTION: In this information providing system having the onboard machine to provide information for the occupant of a vehicle based on the provided data for providing the information, a data format conversion part 40 to convert the data format of the provided data is provided to each vehicle. Each data format conversion part 40 converts mutually common data format with which data format conversion can be performed for all original data format being different to each type of the onboard machine and the original data format regarding its own type.
