<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable equipment capable of using a contactless communication function by accurately estimating the state of a user in any user's operation mode without operating an operation unit of the portable equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A storage unit 12 stores a tilt of an equipment body during contactless communication, a tilt detection unit 9 detects the tilt of the equipment body when a request signal for contactless communication is input from a reader writer 90, and a control unit 4 controls answering operation of contactless communication to the request signal from the reader/writer 90 by referring to the detection result of the tilt detection unit 9 and the stored information stored in the storage unit 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
