<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demonstrate a skimming preventing function to both IC pass cards in nonuse and to easily and surely cancel the skimming preventing function in use in a pass case capable of simultaneously housing two IC pass cards. <P>SOLUTION: The pass case 1 is configured so as to displace an attitude centering on a hinge part 3 between a normal state in which both card holders 5 and 5 superpose on each other and a using attitude in which both card holders 5 and 5 are positioned on the outer side. Then, both sheets 21 and 22 are assembled to a case body 2 so as to position the radio wave interrupting sheet 21 outward from the magnetic material sheet 22 in the ordinary attitude. Thus, in the ordinary attitude, since the radio wave interrupting sheet 21 is positioned outward from the IC pass card 4, skimming is surely prevented.
