<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thermoelectric conversion element with fully reduced thermal conductivity and significantly improving the characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a thermoelectric conversion element includes a process for preparing an alcohol dispersed liquid of a ceramic particle and a thermoelectric conversion material particle, by mixing the ceramic particle having an average grain size of 1-100 nm, the thermoelectric conversion material particle, and a pH adjuster in alcohol; making the ceramic particle and thermoelectric conversion material particle agglutinated, and then sintering. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
