<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a conventional safety device with a temperature detection function added to a pan, a temperature of a cooking utensil can be correctly detected even if the bottom surface of the cooking utensil is deformed, and a space is formed between a top plate and itself, but the temperature of the cooking utensil cannot be detected in the case of a normal cooking utensil without having a temperature detection function, and a function of receiving infrared communication from the cooking utensil must be arranged in an IH controller, whereby the device cannot be applied to an existing cooking utensil or an IH stove. <P>SOLUTION: This safety device is provided with: a temperature detection unit having a temperature sensor arranged separately from a pan-like cooking utensil, and detecting a temperature of oil in the cooking utensil, and a transmission part transmitting a radio signal when the temperature of oil detected by the temperature sensor exceeds a predetermined value; and an energy blocking unit interposed in an energy supply line to a cooking device heating the cooking utensil, and blocking an energy supply line to stop the heating of the cooking utensil when receiving the radio signal transmitted by the temperature detection unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
