PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer capable of setting a drying temperature below 30°C. SOLUTION: A drying sample is arranged in an atmosphere of a convection gas at a pressure below 0.1-0.5 atm, and dried at a drying temperature below 30°C by this vacuum dryer as shown in Fig.1.
