PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding method for an underground structure which can perform a binding operation in parallel with underground structure burying operations such as the carrying-in and arrangement of a new underground structure and excavation by a shield machine by performing the binding operation in the underground structure such as a concrete casing, can further tighten and retighten even after the laying of the underground structure, and can integrate the underground structure with the underground structure buried in a vertical row by continuously applying a tensioning force to the whole thereof. SOLUTION: A series of sheath holes 12 straddles the concrete casing 4, the intermediate linear sections of which are adjacent to each other, ends 12a2 and 12b2 are gently curved to be opened on the inner peripheral surface 4g of the concrete casing 4, this curved section makes a slight detour in a width direction, so that linear portions of the adjacent sheath holes 12 can be colinearly arranged while getting close to each other, and so that openings of the ends 12a2 and 12b2 can be arranged on the longitudinal straight line of the concrete casing 4, and a prestressing steel strand 20 is inserted through the concrete casing 4.
