PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of producing high-quality nanofibers. SOLUTION: The device 180 for producing the nanofibers includes a jetting means 110 having jetting holes 112 for jetting a raw material liquid 200 for producing the nanofibers and a collection electrode 120 for collecting the nanofibers 200 produced to be jetted from the jetting holes 112. The jetting means 110 is grounded and the voltage across the jetting means 110 and the collection electrode 120 is regulated to≥10 to≤200 kV with a power source 150. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
