PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill capable of smoothly performing an exhaustion by suppressing exhaustion resistance without degrading smoke removal performance by reconsidering placement of a heat source for burning smoke provided in a flue. SOLUTION: A main grill 2 has a flue 5 for introducing soot generated from cooked material F provided on the back side of a grill storage 20. An exhaust cylinder 50 is provided at a downstream position of the flue 5. Then, an after burner (heat source for burning smoke) with a burning surface (heating surface) upward is placed only at a lower part 52 of the flue 5. Thus, a draft effect in the exhaust cylinder 50 can be increased by upward flow of an exhaust gas or hot air of the after burner 6 and an increase in exhaust resistance of the grill 2 can be prevented.
