An imaging system includes: a shutter button (104) to which an imaging instruction of a second stage is inputted after input of an imaging instruction of a first stage; imaging units (1, 3-14) which perform a pre-imaging process for capturing a plurality of images during a period from the input of the imaging instruction of the first stage to the input of the imaging instruction of the second stage and perform a post-imaging process for capturing a plurality of images after the input of the imaging instruction of the second stage; and an image displacement amount estimation unit (20a) which uses as a reference image, one of the images captured during a particular period which is a predetermined period before and after the input of the instruction of the second stage and estimates an image displacement amount between the reference image and the plurality of images captured in the pre-imaging process and the post-imaging process.
