A machine equipped with a tank (2) containing a cosmetic pasty substance (3) has been made for the preparation of semi-finished kiln dried beauty products. Dosage systems (5) acting on the substance (3) are suitable for withdrawing a pre-fixed quantity from the tank (2) and sending it to a dosage chamber (4). A nozzle (6) selectively into fluid connection with the dosage chamber (4) allows the discharging of the substance and its placement on a bearing bottom plate (7). Moreover the machine is provided with a thrust piston (8) operating inside the tank (2) and working with the dosage system (5) to generate, during the withdrawal of the substance from the tank (2) and the sending of the same to the dosage chamber (4), a pressure on the substance itself (3) capable of making the optimal discharging of the pasty substance easier. Besides the machine allows the optimal exploitation of the protective cloth present in the pressing station as well as an automatic cleaning of the side wall of the bearing bottom plate during the discharging of the semi-finished products, optimizing both production time and costs and minimizing the waste compared to previous techniques. |
