Composite material manufacturing involves applying an adhesion-promoting agent on the plastic for connecting metallic substrate. The adhesion-promoting agent has two different binder systems. The solid particle of the binding metal system, which is lying in the cross linked adhesion-promoting agent distributes in liquid binder systems. The binder system is dehumidified or cross linked after the adhesion-promoting agent.
