<p>Noise is effectively reduced considering the result of motion detection in field-sequential imaging. An image processing device comprises a noise reducing section (47) for generating a second image field signal for each color by reducing the noise contained in a first image field signal for each color sequentially inputted by a field-sequential method, an image storage section (42) for storing the second image field signal for each color, a motion detecting section (43) for detecting the motion of a subject by using the stored first image field signal and the second image field signal generated for the same color as the first image field signal by reducing the noise contained in the past first image field signal, and a prediction image creating section (46) for generating a prediction image field signal for each color by using the motion of the subject, the first image field signal, and the second image field signal for the same color.</p> |
