A manufacturing method of a wood panel is provided to obtain a wood panel with a noble esthetic sense of unique design by forming a printed pattern layer inside a transparent paint layer, thereby expressing various patterns to the outside. A manufacturing method of a wood panel(A) used for various furniture or sinks comprises: a sanding step(S1) of sanding a top face of the surface layer of a panel workpiece(1) which has been cut to a predetermined size and injected and transferred in a state that a surface layer(2) has been formed on a top face of the panel workpiece by an LPM(Low Pressure Melamine) or Formica; a pattern layer forming step(S2) of forming a printed pattern layer(3) consisting of various shaped patterns or specific letters on the sanded top face of the surface layer; a transparent layer forming step(S3) of forming a transparent paint layer(4) containing pearl on the surface of the printed pattern layer; and a drying step(S4) of drying the transparent paint layer.
