<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel battery cell in which a problem of a reaction deterioration when a perovskite type oxide having a lanthanide element in A site and a cobalt element in B site is used for an air electrode is solved and a thermal expansion coefficient is reduced to some extent and, as a result, low temperature characteristics of the air electrode for a SOFC are improved. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte fuel battery cell is composed of a lamination in order of a fuel electrode, a solid electrolyte, an interlayer made of a rare earth additive ceria, and an air electrode. The air electrode contains a lanthanide group element in A site and a cobalt element in B site and a perovskite type oxide (ABO<SB>3</SB>) having a bivalent element in B site only, and a plurality of the above are electrically connected. In place of the interlayer, the air electrode having an active layer containing the rare earth additive ceria and the perovskite type oxide and a current collector layer formed on the active layer may be used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
