PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable thermoelectric conversion module where thermal stress is relaxed, and to provide a thermoelectric generation system using the thermoelectric conversion module. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module has: a thermoelement 4; and an electrode 6 fixed to the thermoelement 4. In the electrode 6, a cavity 8 for storing gas is formed. The thermoelectric conversion module has: the thermoelement 4; the electrode 6 electrically connected to the thermoelement 4; and a substrate 7 fixed to the electrode 6.
