PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-dielectric chromatic color elastomer composition exhibiting a high dielectric constant and usable for an antenna etc., having a low dissipation factor and to provide an electronic component using the high-dielectric chromatic color elastomer composition. SOLUTION: The high-dielectric chromatic color elastomer composition is formed by compounding an ethylene propylene rubber with a paste pigment prepared by dispersing dielectric ceramics and a chromatic color pigment in a dispersion medium and pasting the resultant dispersion. The amount of the compounded paste pigment is 1-20 pts.mass in terms of solids based on 100 pts.mass of the elastomer. The dielectric constant of the elastomer composition measured at 400 MHz frequency and 25°C is 4-20 and the dissipation factor thereof measured at 400 MHz and 25°C is≤0.02.
