PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnet device of a circuit breaker preventing a beat by notifying a use at a current near a rated current value generating a beat by an alarm. SOLUTION: The electromagnet device 1 of the circuit breaker is equipped with an almost L-shaped yoke 2 comprising a base plate 2a and a side plate 2b; an oil dash pot 3 fixed to the yoke 2; an electromagnetic coil 8 wound to the outer periphery of the oil dash pot 3; and a moving iron piece 11 pivoted so as to be capable of standing and falling between a horizontal attitude at which a suction side 11a in the vicinity of the upper end of the side plate 2a of the yoke 2 comes in contact with a fixed iron piece 7 of the upper end of the oil dash pot 3 and an inclined attitude separated from the fixed iron piece 7, and making an opening and closing mechanism 12 operated by a tripping side 11b, and a secondary coil 9 is wound to the side plate 2b of the yoke 2, a secondary voltage induced at the secondary coil 9 when a current flows through the electromagnetic coil 8 is measured by a measuring means 10, and when the secondary voltage reaches a prescribed voltage, an alarm is issued by a warning means 15.
