摘要

A liposome preparation for iontophoresis whereby insulin molecules can be stably and efficiently delivered into the deep part of pores and the intradermal tissue around the pores via iontophoresis. More specifically speaking, a liposome preparation for iontophoresis which is a preparation for administering insulin molecules to the living body via iontophoresis wherein insulin molecules are encapsulated in liposomes and the liposomes contain as a constituent an amphoteric glycerophospholipid comprising a cationic lipid and a saturated fatty acid and an unsaturated fatty acid both as constituting fatty acids.
