The element has a plastic holder (10) with a load distribution plate below which a hollow shaft extends with a coaxial inner channel for retaining a screw (16). The screw rests within the hollow shaft near a shaft head on a support collar and protrudes with a screw shaft from the shaft head of the plastic holder. A cover (1) projecting above a head plate (12) and protecting against an influence of heat is arranged on the head plate of the plastic holder. The cover is made of a heat-resistant material, metal or plastic.
