A vehicle brake pad return mechanism is provided that the increment of the wear rate generated inside the compression of disc and brake pad and the braking degradation due to the noise occurrence and overheat are prevented. A vehicle brake pad return mechanism comprises a brake pad(20) in which the guide groove(22) connected with the pad guide after the body in the guide body(21) is equipped, a return means(30) which is comprised in order to rapidly break away the brake pad from disc after braking. The return means is installed at the top and bottom of the pad guide body of caliper. The body is comprised of the board material in order to secure the predetermined elasticity and force of restitution.
