Swing door structure of the bus and the manufacturing method thereof are provided that the rigid structure design and interpretation verification period of the swing door are reduced in comparison with convention. A manufacturing method of swing door structure of the bus comprises following steps: a step extruding a plurality of linear elements comprised the swing door; a step for bending in 3D to the shape which it is linear elements necessary to have for the target position of the swing door of the extruded multiple; a step for welding the bended linear elements and forming the frame of the swing door it unites with welding.
