The fermented green tea by using the Korean type fungi is provided to improve quality of fermented tea by serving sweet, soft, abundant and deep taste, and old flavor to the green tea by using microorganism. The manufacturing method of the fermented green tea manufactured by the Korean type fungi comprises the steps of: isolating and identifying the superior microorganism from the fermented tea; preparing the green tea through foliation, prefermentation, blue removal, rubbing, pan-firing, drying, and steaming with vapor; inoculating the isolated superior fungi into the green tea prepared with the water content of 20-30%, and molding and fermenting it.
