摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in exhaust emission during execution of warming up control to an exhaust emission catalyst in an exhaust emission control system of an internal combustion engine which is applied to a hybrid vehicle traveling by power sources of two kinds of an internal combustion engine and an electric motor, and is provided with the catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: If it is determined that a catalyst temperature Tc is equal to a warming up execution request temperature Tcr or lower (S102), the system decreases a passing emission flow quantity Ve by changing an opening degree De of an exhaust throttle valve so as to become fully closed. The system increase a fuel injection quantity Qf up to an injection quantity during warming up control Qft so that an inflow exhaust temperature Tgi increases up to a target inflow exhaust temperature Tgit higher than an active temperature Tca of an oxidized catalyst and also set in a range of an emission allowable temperature Tlm or lower (S106). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
