<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of setting a timing of sending out measurement information and wireless base station equipment, which can acquire such measurement information that the measurement section of each measurement information coincides and matching of timing is maintained. <P>SOLUTION: Each function section (card) such as a call processing control section 13-2 and a baseband signal processing section 13-3 delivers a time acquisition request (2-1), and a device monitoring section 13-1 transmits time setting notification information (2-2) including the setting time information and the count of a counter corresponding to the immediately preceding hour. The baseband signal processing section 13-3 calculates the count of a reference timing from the setting time information and the count and when a baseband signal processing section (#1) receives a measurement start request (2-3) having a measurement period of 10 seconds from the call processing control section 13-2, informs (2-4) the measurement if the count is equal to an integer multiple of the measurement period of 10 seconds starting from the count of reference timing.
