<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a health information management system for an employee equipped with high security for efficiently managing the health information of an employee. <P>SOLUTION: In a health information management system 2 for an employee using an IC card 3 equipped with a timer function 3f, a medical examination result is written in the IC card 3 of an employee as a person who takes a medical check by a card reader/writer 11b arranged in a hospital 11 or the like where health check apparatuses are installed. When the employee who has returned to a company 1 inserts the IC card through a card reader/writer 8b or the like arranged in the facility of the company, and performs an employee authentication operation, timer count is reset by a timer function 3f, and the health information is read, and registered through an internal health management server 4 in a health management database 5.
